Terms of use of the Anacleto private beta.
The service: Anacleto is a free private beta, run by Attilio Lughetta as a private individual. Only people enabled as test users can sign in, with their own Google account.
What it does and does not do: it computes value, returns, risk and projections of the portfolio from the data and rules you enter. It is not financial advice, it does not recommend instruments and it does not send orders. Investment decisions remain entirely yours.
Market data: it comes from free public sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Projections and simulations recombine the past and are not forecasts.
Fair use: use the service for your own portfolio; do not try to access other people's data, bypass sign-in or overload the service. Access may be revoked in case of abuse.
No warranty: the service is provided as is, without warranties of availability, accuracy or continuity, and may change or close without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use of the calculations or from the service being unavailable. Export your data if you want to keep it.
Sponsored content: ads are served by Google, marked "Sponsored", and may promote financial products. They are third-party advertising, not advice or recommendations by Anacleto; check any offer independently.
Privacy: data processing is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law: these terms may be updated; if they change materially we will tell you in the app. Italian law applies.
